Good company.
CEO Andrew wants to improve, but some managers never change.
No game development. Some managers should change. Not so exciting work in some teams.
Don't talk policy; act on team surveys honestly.
Don't target innocent employees.
Be transparent.
Do not try to find who filled out the surveys from the comments given.
Make the internal mobility process transparent and honest, not just a paper policy.
Do not post jobs on internal mobility if you have to fill that position in the same location by giving the excuse of a local candidate.
HR should behave independently and honestly.
Meet employees regularly and keep discussions confidential.
Do not share with managers but act on feedback given by employees to improve.
Managers should not play favorites.
Pay everyone equally based on performance and not to your favorites.
Do salary corrections regularly based on market corrections.
Do not talk comp ratio and other policy.
Thanks – hope EA will LISTEN & IMPROVE.
