The higher-ups in this company are extremely greedy. They do not care about the players who buy the games that we developers work so hard to create. They give us horrible deadlines as well. Electronic Arts pushes its employees to create games as quickly as possible without much effort.
Be less greedy. Make your games better without lootboxes and microtransactions. I worked on Battlefront 2, and it was a disaster!
