A plus in terms of work environment
I find it rather easy to succeed there because the efforts one puts in work are appreciated and taken into account. Also, I like very much that the company's culture inspires a sense of freedom to the employees, or at least this is how I feel.
The wage is way too below the IT industry in Romania. This is a sad aspect because it makes you wonder if you are really appreciated or just taken advantage of.
Also, if there are people who have proved they want to continue working for EA, then why don't they have a proper unlimited contract and healthcare support?
This is such a pity, really.
Keep up the good work in listening to as many arguments as possible from the many sides involved to be sure that the best decision would be taken.
