Pros

There are tons of resources on hand to improve yourself if you look for them, tons of employee initiatives to be a part of, and they are very involved in the community.

Some of the best people I ever worked with in my life.

Cons

Things easily get swept under the rug. Smaller projects are often ignored and given way less resources. There is no real training for new employees offered, and you are often expected to work at a higher level but will not be paid for it.

Advice to Management

Actually have new hire orientation, reward successful people, and more perks for your non-Dev QA.
