Pros
  • Exquisite HQ
  • Onboard Training
  • If it's your first job, it will definitely teach you something about how things SHOULD work, and how you SHOULD be respected as an employee. It will never happen there.
Cons
  • Uncompetitive salaries.
  • Very bad management. The parent company should be more in touch with how things work between employees, specifically the treatment between testers called "pulime" and the technical leads. These leads are prepared on the fly without any people skills, but with big and loud mouths.
  • Very bad communication between departments. It is not efficient and professional to ban testers from getting in touch with the development team just because you can waste their "precious" time.
  • You can work as hard and much as you want. When you are hired, they present you how you can rise from QA Tester level 1 to QA Manager. This will likely not happen unless you make some "relations" with other departments/production.
  • Employee benefits. You "should" get a digital copy of the game after its release, unless the technical leads have already sold them.
Advice to Management

Restructure anything. Learn to respect your employees.
