From a personal perspective, I've always been rewarded, recognized, and appreciated for all the hard work that I've done over the years.
Not really much to share here. I've been working for EA for 5 years, and it's such a fast-paced environment that you have to constantly adapt. Whatever minor inconveniences I may have experienced over the years have been rectified once brought to attention.
