Very amenable work schedule. Friendly co-workers in my department. People are genuinely happy to work there.
In my case, there was some favoritism towards other employees who were questionably qualified.
Stop giving hiring managers the ability to give out free passes to their favorite employees, while other employees are only attempting to make sure things are done right.
