Some lovely team members, talented people, and compensation is very competitive. It's a quite an easy-going atmosphere most of the time, although the launch season gets very busy.
Very idealistic with ideas for projects, but there's a lack of accountability and clarity on who does what. No clear decision-maker, so projects can often stagnate for months.
Work closer with teams, have clear SMART goals, and prioritize projects. Work them to completion before moving on to the next batch of projects.
