Continue the work of decentralizing management and work toward creating independent game teams. Central technology groups should not exist. If they do, it should be for the purpose of research and should serve as a "change of pace" for senior technologists within the organization. Great technology comes from great games. It is unrealistic to create technology in a vacuum and expect widespread adoption. Encourage communication amongst technologists across the studios; they will naturally end up sharing technology amongst themselves. Sr. Engineers are highly creative people. Giving them free time to work on exercising that creativity will lead to game-changing innovations.
