EA has a lot going for it: big IPs, great studios, and you get to work with some great people.
Management is a complete mess for some groups. It isn't good when your senior leader is forced to resign and the number 2 leader resigns as well.
Get some experience. Qualified people should be in there to run groups. Don't let a team just choose an existing leader to move into the Lead role. Bad leadership can bring down the ship.
