and a great dedicated team of full-time employees.
Contractors will be dismissed after 1 year, so the company ecosystem and the full-time staff don't really align with you. There are siloed divisions in separate buildings.
The government is paying a fortune in tax credits. Perhaps in return, you can offer more full-time positions to Canadians so people can grow their careers with you and develop systems that work in return.
Treat each project as a team of collaborators rather than vendors. There is little cross-pollination of skills or assets amongst teams in these shared internal "vendor" teams, so I do not see the value of the siloed system.
