7 phone interviews + on-site interview Over time, the technical detail increased. My personal impression was that people were more interested in how I approached problems rather than the specific solution that I came up with.

I had a very positive interview with roughly a dozen people after phone screens and an online technical test that was timed. It was definitely the best interview experience I've ever had, even though I don't think I did a very good job personally.

They called me, and I answered them. Then they asked me some questions about my life. It was funny, and I liked it. Then we had some technical problems, and we stopped talking. After that, they forgot to call me.
