Basically, they are mostly doing menus, so do not expect anything spectacular technically.
HR is full of company-brainwashed people, so they will just repeat the same poetry every time you talk to them.
After you come in, bye-bye, basically, to real salary increases, so negotiate your entrance wage very well.
During releases, you need to do a decent amount of overtime, but in all honesty, it is paid and somewhat voluntary.
Create opportunities, Change faces, Increase wages, Stop being a low-cost studio.
