Large gym with personal trainers and physio.
Good cafeteria.
Dog-friendly.
Some really great projects.
People are really great.
Public-transit access is so-so. Not very well organized for a big company.
Too many people are promoted to management based on their technical skills, not their management skills. They get frustrated not doing what they are best at, and their teams suffer from their lack of management skills.
