People in management really have no clue about the things they are running. It is all about "poliware" (politics-based software). So you will really shine here if you are good at making friends and playing politics.
People at management really have no clue about the things they are running. It is all about "poliware" (politics-based software). You will mostly be evaluated by your relationship with your manager and the overtime you took, not necessarily your knowledge.
See pros/cons. I don't think they will get it.
