- You have to be one of the inner circle people to stay there.
- 20% of people REALLY work; 80% just hang around and "manage".
Hire based on talent. Hire people who actually work. There are many, many, many talented individuals who work there temporarily without benefits.

Had an interview with 4 different rounds. First round was HR. Then a tech round with the managers, and then 2 panel rounds. It was a bitter ending; I did not get an offer.
