Lots of career politics. Overtimes. Lack of long-term goals. Invest in a foundation more now so it will pay longer-term, rather than quickly patching up this Frankenstein for a "his Majesty" today, and it goes down the drain tomorrow at best. Stupid "my game plan" self-review each year. Left hand does not know what right hand does.
My game plan... it is useless. It might be used to show the employee their place to be and be humble. However, this mist is quickly blown away if the employee will attach what competitors are offering. The market dictates the price for the head, not MPG.
