I haven't found any pros in this place. Some coworkers are very nice people.
Contractors are discriminated against in every possible way.
A green color ID access card is given, and they don't even provide an ID card holder and lanyard. We were told that contractors need to buy our own.
Contractors are openly told to work 7.5 hours, and full-time employees are told to work 6.5 hours.
The security always stops me and checks if I'm some kind of fraud person because they don't see the EA logo on my lanyard.
The cleaner in the washroom told me to get out because that person thought I don't work at EA. The access card doesn't mention EA, but my payroll company name is mentioned. So, the workers really don't know, and we end up discriminated against at every level.
Last but not the least, the full-time employees of EA literally discriminate against contractors.
Contractors' work is scrutinized until it becomes very annoying.
Contractors should go to the office for 3 days a week, but employees should go two days. Many FTEs openly say that they are WFH even though it is a hybrid model.
My car was allowed inside when I went to give an interview. I had to drive an extra 5 km to find a place to park. I took an auto to EA again to give the interview.
I went to give an interview at 9:30 am. I was made to wait until 12 pm, and I gave the interview for 2 hours.
They boast about work-life balance, but there isn't any balance. People work from 9 am to 4 pm and again work for almost 2 hours at night by syncing every day with onsite.
Please don't discriminate and divide us. We all are humans.
Initial briefing + 3 round interview. The initial briefing was around 30 minutes and was mostly formalities, intended to inform me of how the rest of the interview would go. Each of the following rounds was about an hour, where the interviewers wou
Had an interview with 4 different rounds. First round was HR. Then a tech round with the managers, and then 2 panel rounds. It was a bitter ending; I did not get an offer.
I only completed the phone screening stage of the interview process. The recruiter was friendly and professional. The questions were fairly basic. They asked about my skills, why I want to work at EA, and why I think I’d be a good candidate for the r
