Epic went above and beyond taking care of their employees and new hires during COVID, making it convenient and easy to work from the safety of your own home. I liked the team in which I worked and did not have concerns about overbearing or bad management.
The prominence of contractor positions means that many of the entry-level positions are temporary, with low chances of moving up to full-time careers.
