Epic contacted me after seeing my resume on Monster. The phone interview went just fine, then they set up a skills test. I had to take the test at a local university.
I feel I did well on the first two sections of the test, but not so great on the programming section. I have not done any coding for over 3 years, as I have been serving in the military. Prior to the military, I was a software engineer for 5 years at a major competitor of Epic.
I feel a face-to-face interview for the coding/problem-solving would have been a better way to show my abilities rather than a college-like test.
Standard behavioral type questions from the phone interview. The skills test required signing a non-disclosure agreement, so I can't say anything about it.
