The process is quite long. It consists of several personality, coding, and ACT-style tests that take many hours to complete.
There's a standard phone screening and HR interviews where they'll ask the basic questions.
I ended up declining because I don't want to be working 45-50 weeks with the risk of potentially being stuck in healthcare post-Epic.

Pros: Epic has some of the most dedicated, helpful employees you will ever meet. It's a great first job because just about everyone at the company is new and looking to meet new friends. People will go out of their way to help you be successful.
Cons: The management is wildly inconsistent. It seems like becoming a manager has more to do with being good at your job than being a good manager. I've worked with a few different team leads, and one of them was not great. I was ready to leave when I just happened to get reassigned to a better one. It can be great, or it can be terrible. You won't know if your manager's any good until you need help.

Pros: Some of the people that you meet and work with will be genuine and great future connections.
Travel.
Cons: Disconnect between executive/sales and the actual workforce.
High turnover leads to inexperienced project leadership.
Unrealistic expectation of working from the office when 90% of the jobs can be WFH.
Overloaded work plans and under-compensated overtime efforts.
Continues to portray themselves as the underdog when they are, in fact, the head EHR company in the US and should behave as such.
