Process

Applied for TS role in August 2023.

Received link for an online assessment and a 15-minute phone interview with a current TS.

Online assessment consisted of logic puzzles, rapid math, and pseudocode questions. It took about 2 hours to complete.

Received an invite for the final interview about 1 week after the phone interview.

Final interview had group and one-on-one components. First was a group interview with a general overview of Epic and Madison, WI. Next interview was a group interview with a current TS to learn more about the role. Next was a one-on-one interview case study. Last was a one-on-one chat with the recruiter with a few typical HR questions.

Received a link to do a coding assessment afterwards.

Coding assessment had 4 LeetCode-style questions.

Received a phone call 1 week after the coding assessment to interview for the Integration Engineer role.

Had a quick phone call with a current Integration Engineer and received an offer later that day.
