Process
I applied online.
Got a phone interview. Quick screening with a current IE employee. After that, I scheduled the assessment, which was difficult. Ultimately, I was offered the role but declined due to a better offer.

Pros: The people are awesome, the campus is amazing, and the benefits are really good.
Cons: A lot to learn, but the people there are always willing to help. The salary seems a little low for a software company, but the cost of living is pretty low in Wisconsin.

Pros: Do good. People are great. Food is great.
