Phone screen, online skills assessment, onsite interview.
The phone interview was very informal and was an enjoyable conversation with a current employee.
The skills assessment was more difficult than expected, but if you have taken CS courses at school or have any background, all of the material should be familiar. The biggest hiccup there was simply navigating the online proctoring system.
Onsite interview was intimidating, as you meet with a lot of people, but to be expected with the time taken to fly you out!
