Pros: Great benefits, including higher than average compensation, great healthcare, and an excellent food & campus. Lots of smart, hardworking people work here.

Cons: Hours average anywhere from 45-60+ a week, and you are consistently pressured to do more. Work-life balance is something you must fight to maintain. Projects generally feel understaffed, and while Epic ensures a customer is successful, it generally comes at the expense of your time and well-being. Generally, expect to not feel valued as an individual, as most achievements are treated as "meeting expectations". Extremely rigid in regards to HR policies, especially in consideration of remote work.
