I applied on July 3rd and got a callback for a phone interview on July 7th. My interview is now days away, and my skills assessment is more than a week from now.

Short and easy process. I had a phone interview where I was asked questions about my interests and why I chose to apply for Epic. They introduced me to the job and what it entails, and had me schedule for a skills assessment.
