I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks.

It was fun. It involved a tour of the company along with various interviews including:

• A case study analysis
• A formal HR interview with various questions

I also remember them mentioning that they talked to pretty much every person I interacted with that day, so be wise with how you conduct yourself during your entire stay there, even if it seems like the people you are talking to aren't necessarily interviewing you per se.
