Talked to them via phone call. They asked about what I know and my experiences in a more detailed manner than the resume. Then, they might take an assessment that they said I don't have to study for, which greatly affected my performance negatively. However, the assessment wasn't that difficult, as long as you know and remember the right pieces of knowledge to have a great score. At the end, I wasn't able to proceed with the hiring process.
