Quality Analyst Interview Experience - United States

Process

Initially applied for their Project Manager role, but after the personality test and assessment, they said I would be better suited for QA. The initial screening was 30 minutes over Zoom, then I was invited to a 4-hour interview session. During this session, I was required to do a 10-minute presentation on a topic of my choosing and go over case studies. This was really annoying since you don't actually get to click on things yourself and instead have to direct the employee to click what you want to see, which ends up eating up your time.

After the presentation, there was a 30-minute call with your recruiter, which consisted of a couple of questions. My recruiter made it seem as though I was going to be getting an offer.

I was initially really disappointed when I got an email saying they went with other candidates, until I realized how overworked 90% of Epic employees are.
