Process
I took the online personality test a few days ago. I am waiting for my phone interview to occur on 9/18.
My first contact with Epic was via an e-mail. They replied to my resume that was posted on Monster. Since I was in the middle of a job search, I thought replying would be good just to see what the offer was.
The online personality test asks questions about what "best describes you". You are given four options. You need to determine the order of the options since the test basically makes you put the choices in order from one to four.
