I first met a person at a job fair, then I was contacted and an initial phone call was set up. After the call, I had to take a personality and aptitude test (via online testing service with a monitor watching me).

Questions about my experience, questions about how I work in teams, what my expectations would be starting a new position, and questions about my attitude regarding moving to Madison. I think they were mainly trying to get a sense of culture fit.
