They asked me to take a personality test online first. It was easy. Then, I had to arrange a phone interview. They asked about my GRE, GPA, some general questions, and my experience on my resume. It took about half an hour.

One month later, they arranged a skill test. It was a programming test with five questions, all about string processing.
