Process
I first had a phone interview, then a skills assessment test. The exam is basically meant to test your programming skills. You are free to choose the programming language of your choice or pseudocode.
I feel this is the toughest part of the interview process. Once this is cleared, I was called for an on-site interview. It took 4-5 hours. They spent a lot of time explaining their software and position-specific FAQs.
