I filed the application online, then passed a personality test. Some questions were related to personality, and some were similar to GRE test questions.

Within one week, I got an email to schedule a phone interview, which was set up for the following week.

In the interview, I was asked some normal behavioral questions, which I didn't prepare very well for.
