Overall, it was pretty relaxed. It included a phone behavioral interview, an online personality test, a skills assessment (similar to SAT questions), and a technical interview.

The behavioral interview went well. The online personality test was a bit strange, and I felt like I had to make decisions that did not describe who I was. Nevertheless, it was a smooth process.
