Through ProctorU, the skills assessment consists of a quick math/logic section, a section where you answer mostly MC questions about a language that they teach you on the spot, and a final coding section with 4 different problems.
Pretty long. The coding section was the hardest.

office was a literal closet - not joking. they made it into a closet after i resigned. no heat in the winter. it was miserable
