Process
While it's very difficult to understand their exact criteria for selection, the entire process is extremely streamlined. You will not waste a minute at the campus. I had all my rounds onsite, and it was a very tiring day. The technical interview was not very technical; it was more about what problems did you face, etc. Didn't get an offer, though.
