Focused on developing employees and gives plenty of opportunities to try different things.
It can be easy to have too much work pile up if you aren’t able to easily say no.
I applied to Epic in mid to late September 2018 for a software development position. Typically, Epic then follows up with a phone call regarding the relevant position, as well as a skills test. I had already completed both of these when interviewing
1. Phone Screen: Initial call to discuss your background and fit for the role. 2. Rembrandt Profile: Specific assessment tool or profile evaluation used by the company. 3. Online Assessment: There are four sections: * Two-minute test * Math
Quick 30-minute phone call (nothing technical). Then the long exam over webcam. Problems weren't super difficult, but definitely be familiar with DP and do some practice problems on LeetCode. 3 weeks later, I got the on-site. This was very well run
