Got an email to set up a phone interview a day after I applied online. The phone interview was with a software developer. The interview was very basic and straightforward. Questions were: Why Epic? Why computer science? And where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Then the interviewer talked about Epic, and then you get a chance to ask some questions.
A day after the phone interview, I got a chance to schedule an online assessment. I had about a week to schedule it. The test isn't hard but takes quite a long time; it took me about 2.5 hours.
There were some tricky questions in the logic and language sections. The programming section depends on the questions you get, but overall it wasn't too bad.
Still waiting on the results from the online assessment.
