Process

Applied online, received a phone screen and coding challenge/logic test. Had to be watched by some nice lady while doing the test; overall, it was fine. Flew out to Madison for an onsite, which was very pleasant. You learn a lot about the company and the campus.

Questions

The onsite interview was just talking about a project and one open-ended design question. The interviewers were all very nice, and it was easy to treat the interview as a discussion.
