Software Developer Interview Experience - Madison, Wisconsin

Process

I received a request for a phone interview the day after I applied for the position. Before the phone interview, I took an online personality exam (Rembrandt Portrait).

It was not difficult and can be somewhat easy to manipulate.

About two days afterwards, I was called by a very monotone and uninterested person, apparently a software developer, and asked a series of questions I already answered on my application.

A few days later I began email correspondence with the HR division about booking my flight, hotel accommodations, if I would like a guided tour, and a paid dinner with an employee.

I will be leaving in a couple of days for an onsite interview.

My research has led me to believe Epic is a casual company that caters to newly graduated college students (like me). So I am looking forward to the interview.

Relocation will be required.
