The first interview on campus was just about behavioral questions; there were no technical questions.
The recruiter was a person in the same role, i.e., SDE, at Epic. Basically, he asked about my educational experience based on my resume, but there were no questions about previous projects. He also introduced a lot about Epic's culture and what it was like to work there.

Pros: Decent benefits - don't start dividing the numbers by your hours, though.
Pretty smart co-workers.
They feed you pretty well.
Cons: Working 60 hours+ is common.
Mismanagement at its best.
Support technologies used in the 70s.
No social life. If you're a computer in a human body, you're welcome.
If you complain, you get fired.

Pros: Dedicated, in-depth training for the first few months (useful, though roughly 1/2 was Epic-specific).
Lots of ownership over important projects very early on post-training.
Great food – for me, worth coming in each day for the morning pastries alone.
Seemingly stable career if you choose to stay.
Cons: Satisfaction seems to vary team to team and employee to employee. There's a strong company culture that some vibe with and some don't.
Emphasis on culture sometimes comes at the expense of employee satisfaction. For example, limited WFH/time off.

Pros: They pay well and the benefits are great. You also work on important projects with lots of autonomy. The work has real-world impact too.
Cons: Remote work isn’t an option for them. Travel is required. The parental leave policy is not good.
