Went through a personality test, 3ish hour online skill assessment, phone interview, and a Zoom overview of the company with a one-on-one problem-solving portion. Overall, I think it's a good interview process. There aren't any LeetCode problems, just basic problem-solving and coding skills relevant to the actual job. A bit intensive, but given the amount of applications they get, it makes sense.
