Not so good

Pros: Flexible timing in most teams, a good campus, nice benefits and compensation. The place is full of geeks.
Cons: Not so good at listening to what we want to do. Working on C# is a lie for at least 5 more years. Developers are not well appreciated, and the company is just too customer-centric.

Good pay, decent benefits, not great work-life balance

Pros: Excellent pay for out of college.
Rockstar health insurance.
Nice on-campus amenities.
Cons: Executive staff are often out of touch with employee concerns, especially during the recent COVID crisis, although they did eventually come around.
Abysmal vacation/time off. Sabbatical once every 5 years, but beyond that, never more than 3 weeks per year, regardless of tenure.
Terrible work-life balance. If you try to work just 40 hours a week, expect a conversation with your supervisor.

Controversial, but overall happy
