Got an email a few days later to go online and fill out a form.
Phone interview was scheduled and the developer I spoke to was very nice. Had lots of information about the products and the culture.
Took the test at a local center. It took me over 3 hours to complete.
Most of the questions are variations on the same problems you have probably seen in college. I was a little rusty and couldn't come up with the last answer (4 programming tests total) and probably spent too much time trying to figure it out.
Got an email about a week later with the standard "sorry, we are not interested." Fair enough.
Only thing is I probably spent 6-7 hours on this; a phone call would have been nice or perhaps some more meaningful feedback.
I would say this of most places, not just EPIC.
