Software Developer Interview Experience - United States
Process
At first, it's a phone interview.
Then an online assessment.
Finally, it's an on-site interview.
The phone interview will ask you about your academic projects and how you know about Epic.
The online assessment will ask you to log in to ProctorU and type codes in a web-based text editor. You cannot use anything else.
The final interview will ask you to prepare one of your academic projects for a 20-minute presentation.
Then, there will be a case study to discuss how you solve problems.
Finally, you will meet HR again, and this part is very important. Please keep a good relationship with HR!
