Process

There are stages listed on their site.

Stages:

  • Phone Interview
  • Assessment
  • Final Interview

The phone interview starts easy enough. Simple questions about how you found the company and what you know of the company. After that, you will be asked a simple logic question related to programming. Once you answer, you are done and they'll tell you if you made it to the next step. The phone call was about 30 minutes.

The next stage is the assessment. This can be done online from your computer, or you can go to a location to be proctored. If you take it on your computer, you will need to use a proctoring program. The program captures your screen. They require you to have a webcam and microphone as well. If you cannot do this, like me, they set you up with a proctoring location and you will take the test there on a computer.

The assessment has two phases: a multiple-choice section with logic questions and a section that requires you to write code to solve four different problems. The code can be written in C/C++, Java, Python, and some other languages. There is a list to choose from. The test will take about 2-3 hours.

I have not started the final interview yet.
