Pros: - Smart, motivated co-workers.
- Campus is nice; no cubicles, but you might share an office.
- Working on software that has a strong mission.
- Good health insurance for the Madison area.
- Annual raise cycle plus good pay.
Cons: Still act like a small company when that's no longer the case. Don't feel like you're trusted to use your best judgment when it comes to remote work time. Software developers are treated pretty well, but other roles can be overworked. Software developers can also be overworked, but communication with your manager about your workload may help avoid that, though your team and the time of year matters.

Cons: A lot of time is spent in training and in meetings, which can be frustrating after a while. Sometimes, you have to work longer hours to finish parts of your project (although this is rare as an intern). There are lots of presentations to both customers and employees.
