The phone interview is one step. It's just easy; you will be asked about your past projects, one or two of them. Then it's a brain teaser.

Then you will be informed about their company's culture, how they are organized, and you can ask the interviewer several questions.

Additionally, there will be an assessment, just like others said. I didn't do well on this assessment. I completed them all and thought it was not bad, but I got a rejection. Probably because I consumed about 4 hours to complete it, which was mainly because I didn't prepare well.

Well, when I did the time-pressure section in assessment, the proctor told me that I needed a physical calculator rather than a visual one. So I had to go find one. This consumed more than 40 seconds, and I believed I didn't do well on this section. More ridiculous, the proctor didn't pause it.
