Process
Applied on campus job fair. It took 2-3 weeks.
First, there was a phone interview, mainly focusing on resume and some behavioral questions. Then, I did an online assessment, which had four sections:
- A quick answering section (10 questions in 2 minutes)
- A logic and math section
- New language study
- Four programming problems
The other three sections did not have time limitations.
It took almost 3 weeks to get the onsite interview. The campus was very nice. The onsite interview included an introduction to their production, a campus tour, a project demo, a case study, and a chat with HR.
